As an Information Risk Analyst for Consumer & Business Banking IT Risk you will be part of the Identity & Access Management (IAM) Oversight function. The intent of the function is to measure, report, and escalate IAM actions as appropriate that pertain to the implementation and maintenance of standard access management tools and processes. The function accomplishes this objective by developing programs and processes to implement standard access controls procedures and access management tools across a diverse group of businesses and technology groups in Consumer & Business Banking.
The function assists application and infrastructure support teams with the deployment, remediation and maintenance of common access management tools; particularly those related to mainframe systems access and administration. These IAM tools ensure automation of account password management, emergency access, and timely off boarding of employees. The position serves as a Line of Business Center of Excellence for supporting firm-wide products and assisting with implementations. The analyst also participates in project engagement, IAM tool governance, analysis & implementation of automation opportunities, and access administration consultation.
Bachelors Degree (or equivalent work experience or specialized training) in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science (CS), Software Engineering, or related discipline
5+ year's industry or related job function experience
Intermediate knowledge in administering Microsoft Active Directory
Broad range of technical familiarity desired (Windows, UNIX, Databases, Active Directory, LDAP, ACF2, etc.)
Understanding of information technology control policies
Excellent communicator, process driven, and at ease with technology
Strong analytical mind and approach to problem solving
Experience with functional analysis and formal analysis techniques; requirements gathering; use case development, business flow
Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel and Access
Basic understanding of system development life cycle
An understanding of high-level system and business architecture
Ability to multi-task effectively
Experience in managing tasks and milestones within larger projects
Scripting knowledge (VB, Perl, Shell, .Net, etc.)
Advanced data management skills including experience with SQL
