The primary responsibility of this position is to conduct financial transactions between customers and the Bank. Tellers handle routine customer inquiries and problems. Duties include, but are not limited to providing prompt, courteous, and excellent service to internal and external customers at all times. This includes an obligation to actively cooperate and interact with other departments and facilities. Maintain a strong professional demeanor. Ability to operate a computer and knowledge of various software applications. Excellent verbal and written communication skills a must.
High school diploma or equivalent required. 1-2 years previous bank teller and/or cash handling/customer service experience preferred.
