Onward Healthcare is looking for a physical therapist for a growing outpatient care facility. Patient population includes cardio, pulmonary, neuro, stroke, spinal cord injury, multiple trauma, ortho, and medically complex adults and geriatrics.
We are accepting inquiries from experienced physical therapists, as well as new grad PTs. This outpatient care facility offers excellent opportunities for career growth plus a competitive base salary.
Physical Therapist Responsibilities will include:
Evaluating/assessing needs of patients and formulating treatment plans
Providing physical therapy services, while working cooperatively with physicians and case managers
Provide manual physical therapy to patients
