The candidate will be responsible for supporting wide-ranging, diverse group of domestic based Business Development professionals in identifying prospective clients, supporting initial sales activities, supporting proposal activities, and coordinating key reporting metrics that measure revenue generation activities.
Sales operation resource for assisting in the selling of BPO, IT Managed Services, Project Management, Consulting services to the managed Healthcare industry, including Payers and Providers.
Responsible for the daily support of the sales function to minimize the administrative work of producers. Responsibilities include analyzing and reporting sales data, communicating changes to sales plans, providing knowledge about customers and competitors, communicating pricing data, and managing the operational logistics of sales meetings and activities. Works closely with sales and other functional leaders to develop and maintain the operational infrastructure supporting sales recruiting, goal setting, training and onboarding, troubleshooting order processing issues and producer requests, and sales-related information systems and procedures.
Maintain strong, client facing communicate to interact with potential and existing clients through telephone and email.
Support sales efforts through providing following up activities, coordinating appropriate sales presentations and materials.
Utilize online CRM tool to generate pipeline reporting, advancing opportunities throughout their life cycle, collect account information and inform internal stakeholders;
Facilitate contact with various trading partners including lead generation suppliers, internal sales channels, and other parties.
Coordinate various calendars, to schedule sales appointments, webinars, multiple attendee conference calls.
Coordinate, along with Marketing Director, sales support activities for lead generation activities and trade shows.
Provide RFP response support and other duties as required.
Self-starter, ability to work in a virtual workplace.
Generally work is self-directed and not prescribed.
Works with less structured, more complex issues.
Serves as a resource to others.
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience(5+ years within a inside sales role).
10% or less of travel
Able to work Core business hours
5+ years experience in an inside sales role within the healthcare insurance industry, IT industry or outsourcing sales.
Experience in a matrixed professional sales organization.
5+ years experience in a client facing role (telephonically or face to face)
Proficient with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Any experience with Salesforce.com or a similar CRM tool.
Experience working in a global work Environment
Experience with sales calls, cold calling and lead generation of clients
