Position Summary:
Amphenol is expanding its presence in the global medical market and is seeking an experienced professional to promote Amphenol Alden products and capabilities in the medical market. Amphenol Alden is a high growth organization with a culture of high performance and achievement.
Candidates for this position must bring a proven track record of sales growth and market penetration in OEM Sales, preferably with relevant market, product, and engineering knowledge for the medical interconnect market.
This position must be based in the Minnesota.

Primary Responsibilities:
Defend, maintain, and grow “Existing & New” business within the Midwest region
Accountable for achieving sales plan within region/accounts
Developing and managing customer relationships within region/accounts
Creation of annual sales plan for region/accounts
Creating & executing winning customer strategies
Must be comfortable presenting to customers as well as Amphenol management
Must be able to manage new business pipeline in highly accountable environment
Produce weekly sales reports
Adept at forecasting, planning, budgeting
Identify and resolve customer issues
Positive attitude

Requirements:
5 years OEM sales experience, preferably in relevant medical markets, products, technologies & capabilities
Bachelor's degree in business, preferably in marketing, management, or engineering
Excellent communication & computer skills required
Strong relationships and reputation
Proven ability to bring value to customers and employer
Results oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Excellent organizational skills, problem solving, and ability to multi-task

Travel:
Travel required in order to develop and manage new medical accounts
