Responsibilities

Generate new business policy and premiums sales.

Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and high customer retention.

Select, coach and develop a sales and service team to meet/exceed their goals.

Manage acquisition and service cost for Branch assignment.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Knowledge of personal lines products and services preferred.

Proven success with prior sales or service or related experience required.

Must possess highly effective oral and written communication skills, including group and individual presentation, persuasion, negotiation and customer service skills.

Requires excellent organizational skills, effective time management, strong leadership, interpersonal and analytical skills.

Ability to secure state specific life accident and health insurance license (Additional designations preferred)

Prior supervisory experience is helpful.

Compensation Structure

At Cornerstone your success will be rewarded financially, with one of the best compensation packages in the industry.

Our Branch Sales Manager compensation plan includes overrides on Branch Office sales, bonuses and renewals.

An outstanding award and recognition program identifies and rewards peak performers.

First year Branch Office Managers earn an average of $80,000 to $100,000, moving to the mid-$100,000 range in year two. Our top Branch Office Managers earn over $350,000 per year, with our top performer earning over $550,000.
