Simon is seeking a talented sales professional with the experience, vision and creativity to sell Simon Malls as a Advertising / Marketing Medium to brands, agencies and businesses. With over 2 billion shopper visits annually, a controlled environment and an engaged audience, Simon Malls deliver marketers a compelling advertising & experiential marketing opportunity. This individual will be expected to identify potential clients and partners, build solid business relationships and close revenue-generating sponsorship, advertising and promotional packages. Responsibility covers the malls in the Long Island marketplace specifically the Roosevelt Field Mall and The Mall at the Source.

Qualifications

a college degree and at least 5 years experience selling media (preferably in the out-of-home area), sponsorships or marketing services

possess in-depth knowledge of area's media and agency community with a full rolodex of contacts in this area

must be an extremely self-motivated, energetic, independent person who can handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

adept at prospecting new business and must be able to effectively communicate the value proposition of Simon Malls as a medium

superior computer skills are also essential to success
