The iTeam Associate effectively and efficiently merchandises product. This associate communicates key initiatives and information to store employees and managers. Primary responsibility is to drive sales for iTunes.
The iTeam Associate reports directly to the District Manager.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES, including but not limited to the following:
Complete call reports, paperwork, and on-going personal training in a timely manner, meeting all deadlines.
Communicate with manager, reporting any issues, concerns and needs as well as responding to all e-mail and voicemail the same day or within 24 hours.
Manage schedule independently, ensuring territory (approx. 200 locations) visits are covered per expectations.
Plan route efficiently; overnight travel is required in some territories (travel expenses reimbursed).
Develop, implement and maintain a business plan for the designated territory, driving measurable results for stores.
Maintain working knowledge of all client products in order to be a subject matter expert.
Correct in-store merchandising issues as needed (display/product placement/pricing).
Available to complete on-line & in-person training as needed.
Understand iTunes and their customers.
Build relationships and maintain strong partnerships with store personnel to achieve the goals of iTunes.
Engage well with store personnel as well as customers and is passionate about executing all visit initiatives at store level.
Be innovative and bring new ideas to the table.

Have the flexibility to meet change head-on without batting an eye.

Work closely with store managers and associates to inspire them to be enthusiastic about iTunes Gift Cards by:
Speaking with persuasion and influence to improve in-store sales.
Offering to and follow-up on merchandising and training opportunities for store personnel.
Explaining how iTunes gift cards directly benefit their customers.
QUALIFICATIONS & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS, including but not limited to the following:
Retail merchandising experience (1+ years required); sales/relationship building experience also preferred.
Must reside in a centrally-located area close to the assigned territory.
Personal credit card with available credit to book travel; travel expenses are reimbursed.
Must be an iTunes enthusiast
Lifting objects and product up to a maximum of 50 lbs. with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects/product up to 35 lbs, in addition the ability to lift heavy objects up to 100 lbs with assistance from another associate.
Work performed could be while sitting, standing, or walking.
Work performed will entail fine manipulation of hands or fingers, as well as repetitive hand action.
Work performed will entail bending, twisting, squatting, and climbing as well as upper and lower body mobility.
Must have computer with high speed internet access, printing capabilities and be willing to dedicate time for minor office activities.
Technical efficiency on computer, Microsoft Office Word, Excel and SMART device preferred.
Knowledge of consumer electronics terminology, brands and specifications preferred.
Experience/comfort level with electronics/technical products preferred.
High School Equivalency or Equivalency Exam required.
Valid driver's license is required as travel to additional locations may be necessary.
Automobile liability insurance is required to be maintained.
Required to work a flexible schedule, including nights/weekends (including Sunday), holidays, occasional overnights and possible overtime.
Available to travel with overnight stays as needed, including air travel.
