IRIS (Include, Respect, I Self direct) is a Wisconsin program allowing individuals to self-direct their publicly funded, community-based, long-term care supports and services.
As the IRIS Human Resource Processor you will be responsible for ensuring accurate, efficient document processing. This position is responsible for a high volume of data entry and effectively communicating with customers and staff.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Process and correct documents submitted to generate payroll, to include but not limited to: court orders, tax levies, budgets, and employee and employer document.
•Maintain individual staff/client payroll files.
•Complete Applications for governmental reporting numbers such as FEINs and Unemployment Numbers.
•Process Worker’s Compensation Insurance applications and maintain controls over policies.
•Provide courteous and professional service in answering telephone inquiries.
•Some college in business or related field preferred, or significant experience which demonstrates necessary knowledge, skill and ability. High school diploma or GED required.
•Positive and flexible attitude that contributes to a positive work environment.
•Maintain strict confidentiality.
•Perform work with a high degree of accuracy.
•Prioritize duties and function effectively in a multi-task environment.
•Moderate knowledge of PC software and ability to learn new software.
•Knowledge of relevant bookkeeping/accounting principles.
•Establish and maintain effective professional relationships with staff, customers and the general public.
•Provide professional customer service.
