Minimum 5 years motorcycle multiline dealership experience
Mechanical knowledge and experience with motorcycles.
Computer skills are a must. All functions of our service department are computerized.
Experience with Lightspeed is a plus.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Have great attention to detail.
Able to lift 50lbs. of materials.
Manage department with a high degree of customer satisfaction while maintaining profitability.
Intake of customer and internal vehicles.
Estimate costs and completion times at the point of sale. Communicate this CLEARLY to the customer.
Notify customer with changes, additional work needed or completion of work order.
Communicate with OEM’s for warranty approval as needed.
Fill warranty claims in a timely manner.
Handle customer complaints quickly, with understanding, and with a positive attitude to demonstrate our customer commitment.
Product technician efficiency reports.
Input on department promotions and advertising.
