1) Formulate company's business strategy and goals
2) Follow up on existing business development leads
3) Identify and develop new opportunities
4) Structure, negotiate and implement collaboration, partnership, licensing or other agreements with third parties
5) Serve as liaison officer for such collaboration projects
6) Monitor and maintain the progress
7) Proactively present and implement changes, improvements into business development activities of the company, its strategic and marketing plans
8) Participate in key strategic decisions elaboration and implementation
