Provide daily assistance and Merchant Services operational support for internal and external customers including but not limited to opening new accounts, closing accounts, account maintenance, Service issues, research, reporting and internal and external customer training.

Skills and Requirements:
2-3 years experience of onboarding and servicing corporate accounts, preferably with Merchant Services/Credit Card Operations or General Banking. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required along with commitment to attention to detail. High School diploma required. College degree preferred. Strong knowledge of Microsoft software required (Word & Excel)
