Provide traditional office management/support functions including typing, filing, faxing, copying, report generation and customer service.
Provide efficient and professional administrative support to the Office Manager and Account Manager.
Develop and maintain a good working relationship with customers.
Interface with campus occupants to expedite work order and coordinate function set-up and arrangements.
Assist Staff Manager in coordinating tasks involved in scheduling work being performed in assigned buildings.
Update customers on status of scheduled and non-scheduled work.
Oversee the data entry of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
Ensure contractor and vendor information is updated including contact information and certificates of insurance.
Perform general accounting functions including billing, A/ R, A/ P, new account setup, and job costing.
Coordinate Human Resources functions with Account Manager and Regional Human Resources Representative, including accurate completion of new hire packets and employee verification forms.
Administer payroll on computer system, prepare payroll, check time cards, and enter data into computer.
Oversee and update employee and customer files.
Coordinate all branch safety responsibilities as directed by the Account Manager.
Prepare monthly reports.
Perform all other duties associated with the general administrative functions necessary, as dictated by the Account Manager and/or Office Manager.

Excellent written and verbal communications skills with excellent telephone manner.
Must be attentive to detail, accurate and able to prioritize multiple tasks in a high pressure, fast paced environment.
Prioritizing projects and requests.
Highly motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong personal time management and organizational abilities.
