Responsible for performing variety of detail-oriented human resource administrative functions to support department and company goals. Service general employee or external HR inquiries and greets applicants or customers. Responsible for processing of various department invoices, preparation of employee correspondence and update and maintenance of paper and shared electronic HR files. Maintains HRIS records and compiles reports, logs, and reconciliations to ensure data accuracy. Prepare Family and Medical Leave and/or Temporary Disability paperwork and tracking. Assists in recruitment process, employee verification, and event planning.
Required Experience:
Some experience and general knowledge of principles and practices of HR administration, federal and state regulatory requirements. Must portray the highest degree of professionalism and confidentiality. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work with people individually and as a versatile team player. Strong organizational skills and able to multi-task to continuously meet deadlines. Strong business writing and oral presentation skills. Working knowledge of Ceridian Source 550 preferred.
Required Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration or two to three years human resources experience preferred or equivalent work experience. Proficient in Windows, Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
