Develop and complete design projects in order to meet customer specific requirements or the needs of the oilfield industry in general, in accordance with Cameron Engineering standards and procedures and industry standards.
Essential job functions are:
Provide mechanical engineering support to customers with a specific focus on valves (engineering, repair, and troubleshooting) and any engineering issues related to company business.
Assist in establishing a reputation with key customers for providing consistently high standards of service and technical engineering solutions.
Ensure all mechanical engineering work completed meets the requirements of the companies’ policies, Quality Systems, and applicable specifications (API, NACE, ASME, etc).
Create/check design and modification calculations and drawings.
Produce clear and detailed reports for submission to customers.
Liaise with customers on both technical and general business requirements where appropriate.
Perform assigned tasks in accordance with Cameron’s quality policy, procedures, and established company ISO9001’s procedures.
Assist in the development of the company’s knowledge base. Job Requirements/ Qualifications Education and/or Experience: BS in Mechanical Engineering
