As our Talent Acquisition Specialist you will identify, qualify, interview and present candidates for corporate openings to hiring managers. Regularly confer with departments regarding the selection of internal and external candidates and extend offers of employment.
Here’s what you need to join the fun:
- Bachelors Degree in Business or a B.A./B.S. in Human Resources or equivalent experience is preferred.
- At least 2 years of previous Human Resources or other relevant office experience; experience with Recruiting preferred.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Requires a high degree of professionalism and tact.
- Requires strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Must possess the ability to work and safeguard confidential information.
- Requires strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks with frequent interruptions.
- Must be detail oriented and possess the ability to work successfully both in a team environment and independently.
- Must have basic understanding of, and experience with, laws regarding employment and record keeping.
