Duties and responsibilities include the following but are not limited to:
1. Great, seat and take guest orders and process in a timely manner
2. Serve wine, cheese, chocolate and charcutery to the guests.
3. Perform side work.
4. Help with restocking of wines and some cellar duties.
5. Operate point of sale system.
6. Clean china, glass, silver area and replenish as needed.
7. Bus and set tables.
8. Assist wine director/sommelier in greeting and service of guests.
9. Handle cash and credit transactions.
10. Communicate with support staff and management.
