Selling and Cross-selling of bank products and services. Meet monthly/yearly sales goals. Provide appropriate service to customers. Proactive outbound calling and EnAct participation. Outside calls to Apartment Complex Managers, within Branch market to establish referral relationships. Generation of referrals to other business lines based on customer needs. Ability to perform job duties without supervision. Assist Branch Manager with keeping the branch running smoothly. Strong oral/written communication skills. PC knowledge, previous banking experience and /or college background preferred. Good team building skills, proactive selling ability and strong organizational skills.

High School Diploma or Equivalent - College preferred
