IS Analyst1200170 Description Valero Energy is seeking an interested toptier applicant with experience working in a Microsoft enterprise environment The candidate filling this position will be part of a team responsible for solutions that effectively support current and future business processes and systems The scope of the positions responsibilities will include support to both the business customer as well as technical staff within the department Candidates primary responsibilities will include management and administration of the SCCM 2007 enterprise environment and packaging maintenance and distribution of applications Candidate should have strong background in the use of Wise Package Studio or other packaging tools as well as have an experienced understanding of WiseScript VB Batch and PowerShell scripting Additional responsibilities will include administering Windows XP7 Active Directory Office Communicator and Exchange 2007 Future responsibilities may include maintaining the corporate McAfee Antivirus (EPO) implementation and the Microsoft WSUS environment Candidate should also have detailed experience in creating and deploying images with SCCMs OSD and familiarity using Task Sequences to automate image deployment This position will document knowledge acquired and technical specifications into a knowledge management system This includes adhering to established documenting standards The position will build strong relationships with Valeros business partners as well as all infrastructure groups including helpdesk desktop support server operations and engineering Major accountabilities include Coordinate with customers to define and satisfy application package requirements Develop test and document distribution procedures for installing packaged applications Experienced troubleshooting and resolution creation for SCCM issues in a large distributed environment Identify workstation WMI issues and experienced automation of WMI fixes Demonstrate extensive knowledge of Wise Scripting and MSi creation for SCCM package development Maintain the acceptable goals for teams scorecard Daily monitoring and reconciliation of incident tickets assigned to teams queue Provide knowledge transfer coaching and mentoring to technical staff
