Provides expertise, in a
leadership capacity, in software development and engineering. Codes and tests
software based upon software specifications and designs. Analyzes and studies
complex system requirements. Designs software tools and subsystems to support
software reuse and software development. Uses sound software engineering
principles to ensure that developed code is modifiable, efficient, reliable,
understandable, and fault tolerant. Provides software process management and
control throughout the coding portion of the software development process.
Qualifications:
Architect and PKI Specialist
Required Criteria:
· Within
the last seven (7) years, a minimum of five (5) years experience with system
engineering for Public Key Infrastructures

Within
the last seven (7) years, a minimum of two (2) years experience with software
development , testing and deployments
Desired
Criteria:
·
Demonstrated
experience with Trusted Computing concepts, smart card deployments,
authentication systems, TPM, and T PM provisioning
·
Demonstrated
experience developing with security Certificate Authorities, Digital
signatures, and smart cards
·
Demonstrated
experience with configuration management and inventory systems
