When not meeting face-to-face with retailers and dealers, our sales managers prepare sales forecasts, monitor the market for possible price modifications, educate dealers on products and attend/coordinate trade shows. We are looking for a full time Sales Manager, National Accounts. For this role, we need a highly motivated professional to develop new retail sales and cultivate/expand sales with existing national accounts. This includes establishing and executing sales plan and promotions and establishing and maintaining national accounts relationships through the development and execution of marketing strategies to increase profits. Other responsibilities for this role include:

Monitor market for need to modify pricing to meet sales objectives and profit goals

Create and make sales presentations to existing and new accounts

Attend and coordinate trade shows

Travel with little or no supervision

Other responsibilities for this role include maintaining excellent product and pricing knowledge, effectively project managing large accounts and completing timely and succinct trip and status reports.

Qualifications

We’re seeking a self motivated candidate with a Bachelors Degree and a minimum of 5 years experience in business to business sales and marketing and a proven track record of sales successes and exceeding sales goals. Qualified candidates must be an articulate and fluent written and verbal communicator, and at ease with public speaking. Other required qualifications include:

Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook

Excellent time management and follow-up skills

Superior organizational and analytical skills with keen attention to detail and quality

Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a flexible, fast paced and challenging environment

If you’re an early technology adopter with understanding of the consumer electronics marketplace, we’re looking for you! Candidates with consumer electronics sales experience, cellular/wireless distribution or marine/recreational marketplace knowledge or experience, excellent product knowledge of communication and navigation systems, and/or personal experience in hunting, hiking and outdoor activities are highly preferred!
