AppFirst has undertaken an initiative to deliver a new product line for its ecommerce, gaming and SaaS customers. This is an exciting opportunity to design, guide & create this new solution suite.
The goal is to deliver an extremely well-designed (think “Apple”) user experience. At its heart, the suite will empower a customer to visualize, monitor and correlate risks to business performance (for example, dollar value of abandoned shopping cart) with degradations in system performance. The solutions need to be equally meaningful/actionable on a 50” dashboard watched by the full company as it is on a 15” laptop used by the CTO or a mobile device used by a member of the DevOps team.
This is a senior position at AppFirst and, as leader of the User Experience & Visual Products team you will be required to lead by example.

A strong belief that the user experience is the defining factor in making the product successful.
