Ricoh Managed Services has a brand new opportunity where we are responsible for managing high volume mail room, copy center and hospitality services for a large and successful Law Firm.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Regular stocking of all kitchen supplies, including beverages, dishes, and food.
Setting up and breaking down of conference rooms. This includes moving furniture as required.
Sorting and distribution of mail and office supplies, including interoffice, USPS, UPS and overnight mail.
Delivery of mail, faxes and print projects throughout the law firm.
For all employees, your outstanding customer service skills will be demonstrated as you interact daily in person and on the phone with our customers directly.
QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience and Certifications)
At least 1 years of experience specifically working in hospitality services for a law firm is a HUGE plus.
At least 2 years of face-to-face customer service experience with a proven track record of keeping customers happy.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs. as necessary.
Ability to be on your feet ALL DAY is a MUST.
Stable job history with no more than 3 jobs in the past 5 years.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Basic knowledge of MS Office programs, email and internet usage.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including professional grammar skills and speaking voice.
