Trinidad Benham Corporation, a national leader in the consumer food products industry, has an excellent opportunity for a Customer Account Representative. This person will work very closely with sales, transportation, and plant personnel to ensure customer needs are met. Position Responsibilities: • Full cycle order management to ensure appropriate inventory levels, accuracy of orders and on-time delivery of product • Provide timely responses to customer inquiries and resolve customer issues in a professional manner • Provide sales support to home office sales managers • Support buyers within specified product category • Monitor vendor service levels and maintain customer profiles Position Requirements: • Previous experience using vendor replenishment systems • Minimum 3 years experience handling consumer customer accounts with full-cycle customer account responsibility, preferably in a consumer packaged goods environment • Previous experience directly communicating with customers in person, over the phone, and by e-mail • Advanced proficiency in MS Office programs, especially Excel • Previous experience supporting outside sales staff • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to organize and prioritize work • Excellent problem solving skills and desire to find a resolution to an inquiry • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills needed to develop strategic relationships with the accounts and collaborative relationships with internal teams • Partner with account replenishment teams to create strategies that will achieve desired results around inventory levels and any modular/feature/seasonal transitions If you are detail-oriented, proactive problem solver, come join our Employee Owned Company.
