Sales Support Coordinator

This position reports to the Chief Revenue Officer. The primary role is to provide support to the sales organization however should be considered a resource to senior staff, marketing, and on occasion to bid/proposal activities.


Creates and manages weekly revenue forecasting process and interfaces with labor forecasting interface.
Maintains and updates Salesforce.Com CRM system, creates and manages performance reporting.
Maintains KPI updates on key revenue, channel, mix and customer metrics.
Performs analysis to support CRO, VPs and RSMs as required.


Prepares weekly activity and sales reports.
Coordinates customer report card activities. Ensures data and formatting scrub of report cards.
Provides occasional bid and proposal research and support.
May assist marketing manager with lead generation activities.

Experience and Education:

5-7 years of experience as sales program management, demand management sales support, plus at least 1 year of inside sales or customer service experience.

Computer literacy including MS Office and database applications and analysis.
Knowledge of, Microsoft Dynamics or an aptitude to learn.
Extensive Excel experience including pivot tables, graphing and visual data depiction.
Experience with MS Project, Mekko Graphics and others.
Bachelor’s degree or related experience.
