This position is an exciting opportunity to work in the fast-paced and dynamic environment of Consumer Services partner acquisition and management on the Costco/Hilton Acquisition Team. The individual will be responsible for working closely with internal and external partners to acquire co-branded consumer cards and will own execution within various partner acquisition channels, including Costco warehouse, one of the largest channels in Consumer Acquisition. This is an opportunity to join a fun, high-performing team and drive significant results.
-Execute various aspects of overall partner channel Acquisition strategy and work closely with internal and external partners to drive acquisition results
-Drive flawless execution of initiatives in the Costco warehouse including: project managing tabling events, updating marketing materials, overseeing partner employee training
-Lead campaign and channel management activities including analyzing results, forecasting, reporting, and channel optimization
-Excellent relationship-building and management experience
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Extremely organized with significant attention to detail
-Process-oriented with strong project management skills
-Self-starter with demonstrated ability to work independently and will to win
-Strong analytical and problem solving skills
-Passion for the customer experience
-Acquisition and/or external partner management experience a plus
-Retail industry experience a plus
