We are currently working to fill our Manager - Sales Resources position. A summary of the expectations for the position are as follows:
q Coordinate all sales bids
o Review all bids
§ Qualify bids as to bid or no bid
§ Report to VP of Sales any extraordinary requests.
o Establish and manage time line for bid process
§ Bid calendar
§ Task manager to assign responsibilities and expectations
o Coordinate communication between all participating company entities
o Prepare formularies and revise formularies throughout bid process
o Expedite samples for bid
o Research and analyze product comparison with other bidding companies
o Point of contact for customer during bid process
q Transition of bid that has been awarded to Phoenix to designated managing entity
Customer Satisfaction and Expectation Survey
q Design and develop survey
q Implement survey
q Analyze results of survey
q Report results and analysis along with recommendation of changes to sales model
Market Position Analysis
q Continual reporting on market position in territories
o Threats to territories
o Weakness of our competitors
o Shortcomings of our product line
q Continual market research and subsequent reporting to executive management.

q Quantitative and Analytical product comparison and margins in marketplace

q Quarterly analysis of sales penetration into group purchasing organizations
New Hire Training
q Design, develop and implement linen training program.
o Quantitative analysis of trainees
q Other training as determined by VP of Sales
Information Technology Training
q Training for entire sales force on new sales software
q Training of new hires on Saleslogix
National Sales Meeting
q Assist sales management in preparation of annual sales meeting
Linen Management Software (P.L.A.N.) Administration
q Presentation of P.L.A.N. system during bid process as needed
q Installation of P.L.A.N at facility
o Hardware and software installation at facility
o Coordinate “Go Live” process at facility
q Answer desk for all PLAN issues with customers
o Solve problems as needed
o Initiates vendor involvement when needed
Information Technology Sales Liaison q Assist Information Systems department with issues pertaining to sales. To include but not limited to:
o New software implementation
o New software and hardware evaluation
