ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER - TRAINING PROGRAM
Hire, train, supervise and motivate a team of 40+ full and part-time associates.
Ensure the proper processing and display of merchandise.
Oversee and monitor shrink reduction plans.
Manage the daily activity of the sales floor.
Develop creative plans to increase store sales.
Looking for a recent college graduate from 2011 or 2012 who wants to learn our off-price business model or someone with two plus years experience in retail management, soft-lines apparel, fashion merchandising or home decor experience is a must.
Training program for college graduates will consist of 8 weeks of on the job training
Excellent written, verbal communication skills, problem solving and leadership skills
Experience managing retail stores with volumes of three million dollars or more.
Knowledge of retail operations, human resources and shrink reduction plans.
Strong supervisory skills.
