Title: Director, Professional Services Position Description Valkre Solutions has developed an innovative approach to help B2B companies engage with their customers in a different way. Our solution is comprised of a rigorous methodology and a software platform that enables the process. The primary responsibility of the Professional Services team at Valkre is to help our clients implement our methodology within their organization and leverage our software to drive scale and sustainability. Many members of the Services team have worked as management consultants and have experience leading large strategic initiatives.
Members of this team are expected to build and sustain strong relationships with our clients, provide process and implementation expertise to guide our clients along the journey, and serve as effective facilitators and coaches to help build capability and expertise within our clients ’ organizations. Two key elements of the Valkre delivery model – boot camps and interviews - provide further perspective on this role: Boot Camps. Service team members must scope, plan and lead these multi-day sessions that serve as the kick-off for new clients. During these sessions we teach teams (typically 5-20 people) the CVC method and principles, help them define how they create differential value for their customers, and provide training on our structured customer interview approach Customer Interviews.
Customer interviews are the lifeblood of Valkre ’s methodology. Interviews are our mechanism for capturing customer insights and quantifying the economic benefits that companies receive from doing business with our clients. Our clients entrust us to meet with their most valued and critical customers and Service team members must become highly adept at conducting these 90-minute sessions Internally, the Professional Services team is also responsible for building out our intellectual property and translating learnings in the marketplace to evolve Valkre ’s assets and customer offerings. Service team members will also support our sales efforts as they build deeper knowledge and expertise.

Key Capabilities and Skills we are Seeking Experience leading and managing complex strategic projects Effective facilitation skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams through workshops and boot camps Strong business acumen with a solid foundation in business strategy principles and finance; Solid understanding of financial and economic drivers across a diverse set of B2B industries Executive presence, confidence and poise to successfully manage a wide range of client roles and personalities Strong project management skills Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation) Resourcefulness, adaptability, ability to think quickly on your feet and deal with ambiguityWillingness to travel (up to 50-80% travel) including internationally Entrepreneurial spirit – we are still a small and growing company.
