The Finance Manager will be a key player in the Molinos management team providing key analysis and insights to guide decision making, as well as taking a leadership role in challenging the business unit to improve financial performance. Provides strong leadership and direction to the local finance team to ensure the financial accounting and reporting needs of the business unit are met. Partners with Finance Leaders at the Corporate level to ensure all Mill accounting/reporting is done in a timely and accurate manner and in accordance with US GAAP Accounting Standards and accounting policies/ procedures of ConAgra Foods, Inc.

Lead and develop the local finance team while fostering an environment of simplicity, accountability, collaboration, and imagination.
Lead the development of the annual business/strategic plans and financial business reviews.
Utilize the local and corporate financial teams to provide the weekly/monthly/quarterly estimates by actively providing specific, actionable and forward-looking commentary on the various changes as well as guidance on potential risk.
Lead the development of processes to support internal estimates/forecasting/reporting requirements and improve forecast accuracy.
Utilize critical thinking skills in troubleshooting variances and validating financial accuracy.
Work with cross functional business partners to identify and execute opportunities for working capital improvement.
Lead the business unit’s working capital planning and cash flow projections.
Work with the Molinos business unit to provide financial support for growth and cost reduction projects.
Perform Financial Lead functions for the Rice Joint Venture
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the business unit’s accounting systems and records, as well as strict compliance to all company policies, procedures and controls.
Develop ERP system proficiency for both finance and other operations functions. Leverage systems capability to enhance data access, analytical information, and management reporting.
Be primary contact for internal and external auditors.
Participate and lead various finance-wide projects. Position Qualifications Knowledge, Training, and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, business administration or related field with minimum of 7+ years financial work experience, preferably in food manufacturing industry
MBA, CPA or CMA preferred, but not required
Business Partnering: proven ability to develop strong relationships and partnerships with internal customers, peers and effectively managing those relationships
Project Management: experience leading projects from conception to completion
Experience identifying, improving and maintaining internal controls
Systems and Tools: proficiency managing and making recommendations for efficiencies with systems and tools, such as SAP and supporting applications
Cross-functional Dependencies: experience effectively working across multiple departments to complete a project or resolve an organizational challenge
Critical Thinking: leverage analytics, benchmarking, and insights to generate meaningful strategies and solutions
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
