As Ombudsperson, you will be a key member of Halliburton's sharply structured Dispute Resolution Team. You will be called upon to conduct hearings on issues in dispute, assess information gleaned from those hearings and relative to industry standards, and formulate options to best resolve those issues. You will also be instrumental in making the world's energy industry leader a leader in workplace environment by identifying ways to proactively influence improvements in the work atmosphere. Apply your keen awareness of cultural diversity issues, and be prepared to help meld different frames of reference from those with varying interests and concerns into a binding and productive working mosaic. A desire for variety in working conditions is essential, as this job occasionally involves physical exertion, outside work and may include routine travel.

Applicants should have an undergraduate degree in business administration, organizational psychology, or similar disciplines and some experience in field operations, or a similar role. Applicants should also be familiar with The Ombudsman Association (TOA) Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice.
