Job Description Dell Inc.'s wholly owned subsidiary Dell Services Federal Government seeks a proven Program Manager to support our upcoming working within the Department of Defense vertical.

The individual will be responsible for Business Care, Customer Care, and Employee Care, will interface with customers, develop work plans, resource needs, timelines and budgets for projects. Will also manage matrixed resources (i.e. capital requirements and human capital) to achieve the project objectives on time, within scope, and on budget and will plan, direct, and coordinate the activities of individuals working on the projects or programs. Responsible for managing programs/projects to ensure completion on time, within budget, and with customer satisfaction. May also be responsible for coordinating multiple project managers dedicated to a common project or a small number of large/highly complex customer projects/deliverables. Required Skills Desired Skills Education Typically requires at least 12 years relevant experience without a Degree; 8+ years relevant experience with Undergraduate Degree; 5+ years relevant experience with Graduate Degree. PMI certifications desired.
