Under the general direction of the Senior Financial Analyst, assist with the day to day operations of the general ledger, financial reporting, cash management, various financial analytical tools and special projects/reporting.
Essential Functions and Duties:
Assist in maintaining the integrity of the general ledger, including the preparation and review of the general ledger reconciliations.
Assist with the day to day operations of the company’s cash management program.
Assist in the preparation, analysis and timely distribution of all financial reports.
Assist in the preparation of the financial work papers for the year end audit performed by an outside accounting firm.
Assist in the preparation of the annual P&L projections and updating of budgets/forecasts.
Oversee the audit function related to accounts payable, time & expense reports, credit card charges, payroll and other financial areas on an as needed basis.
Assist in the development of BI tools and maintaining the integrity of the data and the timely distribution of the information.
Assist in the preparation of special reports or analysis.
Provide supervision, development and training of subordinate staff.
Perform other special projects as assigned by the Controller, CFO or CEO.
Ability to read, analyze and comprehend instructions and information.
Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
Must be proficient with Oracle and Microsoft Office software. Requires very strong Excel skills.
Must be able to convey messages to employees clearly and quickly.

- Four year B. S degree in Accounting; and a minimum of two years of related experience.
- Public accounting experience preferred.
