Operates reprographics and bindery equipment to successfully produce consistent quality documents to customer specifications. Performs simple pre-flight digital file preparations and originals clean up. Interprets job tickets. Documents completed work in CPF job entry and tracking system to ensure accountability and follow-up opportunities. Ensures the quality of production work is checked in accordance with CPF quality control policies and procedures. Accurately document all machine service breakdowns and ongoing maintenance needs.
Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience. Minimum of one-year previous experience in office products, technology and services. Knowledge of reprographic or digital printing methodologies is preferred but not required. Ability to listen, analyze customer and employee needs. Effective communication skills. Experience to plan, prioritize and implement detail instructions in a timely and efficient manner. Experience working as a team member in a professional work environment; must demonstrate sound judgment.
