Swisslog’s Healthcare Solutions division is searching for technician to provide 24/7 customer support relating to our automatic drug management system products in modern and comprehensive medical healthcare facilities in the Teaneck, NJ region.
Working and dispatching out of a home-office, you will manage this position like running your own business! Provide preventive and corrective maintenance, emergency and paid service, start-up of current systems, user training, and promotion of company products & services as required.
Technical requirements include a Technical / Vocational School – Associate degree. Two years field service experience on related electro-mechanical products is desirable but not essential. Related military experience welcomed. Prior experience working in a mission critical, on-call work environment is beneficial.
Successful candidates will have an effective communication style that builds customer’s trust and satisfaction. We will provide specific product training to help ensure your success in this dynamic organization. Position may require 50% travel and weekend work.
