Project Administrators provide administrative support to the Program Management Office to ensure consistent execution of departmental and organization-wide procedures. They schedule meetings related to procedures such as status reporting, delivery assurance assessments, training activities, and support of offshore relationship management. With input and approval from management, Project Administrators develop materials to be leveraged for consistent training of new associates in departmental procedures as well as the ongoing development activities that are defined in the project management training curriculum. Support may include, but is not limited to, ensuring template and tool availability, collecting appropriate project data, setting up project schedules, producing and analyzing project-related reports and metrics, assisting with hour estimations, administering time collection and reporting, analyzing resource utilization, producing trend analysis, etc. |
High school diploma or equivalent; 1 year applicable professional work experience.
Post-secondary education in an applicable related discipline; 2+ years administering applicable project management tools and/or project tracking/reporting applications.
