As the Human Resources Generalist, you will be responsible for: Managing the daily operations of the Human Resources Office; Recommending, implementing, and supporting employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship to promote a high level of employee moral; Coordinating training for employees in relationship to mandatory job skill requirements; Coordinating recruiting efforts with business partners to ensure proper staffing levels; Ensuring that the facility is in compliance with all existing state and federal government employment laws and executing the company's Human Resources policies and strategies at the plant level; and Serving as the resident subject matter expert on the company benefits program and conducting benefits orientations and training as needed. You must have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or Organizational Development or related field, along with 3-5 years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources. You must also have a proven record of successfully coaching and developing employees, benefits compensation, and high level of confidentiality. Preferred consideration is given to those with specialized training in employment law, organizational development, employee relations and preventative labor relations. HR certification (PHR/SPHR) is desired.
