This role is responsible for overseeing the execution of day-to-dayAdministrative and Payroll processes within the Wilmington, DE facility.

Supports the Market Staff and the Administrative Team to drive business results and control and compliance standards

Effectively communicates business performance to ensure attainment of planned business targets through review of Market key account trends, financial reporting and forecasting

Builds and maintains effective working relationships with internal departments and acts as liaison to identify and remedy issues

Manages the Financial administration team by providing direction, coaching and development, and a supportive work environment

Oversees the Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable, Financial Administration and Payroll processes and functions

Processing and approving payroll

Basic Qualifications

Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)

Accurate and detail-oriented individual

Strong organizational skills and follow through

Customer service oriented

Excellent interpersonal & communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, diverse environment while managing multiple tasks

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred
  • PreviousPayroll experience strongly preferred
