Process loans (both installment & revolving) according to the company's Standard Operating Procedures, government regulations and legal requirements in an accurate and timely manner.
Communicate through outbound/inbound phone calls and via fax notification, while building dealer relationships, the status of a loan, sale or funding any unresolved conditions and/or company & program policies in an accurate, timely and professional manner (dealer facing & training).
Complete inbound/outbound Customer Care Calls
Review loan files or sales documents for accuracy, ensure proper documentation and meet all loan conditions as well as follow all federal, state, program & company policies.
Perform follow-up actions on outstanding loan documents per established procedures.
Ensure follow-through and monitor compliance with all aspects of the funding process.
Understand and apply Company finance programs and funding/titling requirements.
Work with Dealers, OEM partners, Underwriting and Leadership Teams to problem-solve funding issues (solution driven).
Other duties as assigned.
YOU MUST BE ABLE TO SATISFY THE REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION 19 OF THE FEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE ACT
6+ months experience in finance business related field
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and or overtime as requested

Knowledge of funding departmental procedures, programs, legal/compliance documents and regulations.
PC Skills (navigating multiple applications/system/experience with MS Office), 10 key (by touch)
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information/material
Demonstrated ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
Must have a performance rating of at least “Meets Requirements” in all performance areas.
Strong numeric aptitude, good analytical and problem solving skills; ability to read and decipher "difficult to read" documents strongly desired
Goal-oriented, self-motivated individual with solid organizational and time management skills
Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment and meet individual and departmental goals
Organized and detail oriented
Excellent customer service skills
Strong verbal, written communication and telephone skills
Ability to cross-train on multiple tasks and be adaptable to ever-changing processes and volume fluctuations.
