NRT is seeking a Listing/Marketing Coordinator to support our San Jose Main office. This position provides administrative support for our agents by assisting them with administration and marketing of new listings. The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm.
Responsibilities
Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage has an immediate need for a full-time Listing/Marketing Coordinator to support our San Jose Main office. This position maintains our front desk and switchboard and provides administrative support for our agents by assisting them with administration and marketing of new listings. Specifically, this position is responsible for answering and routing incoming calls, inputting and tracking listings in multiple databases, coordinating online and print advertising for properties, assisting agents with personal marketing, maintaining office social media and working with agents on their social media marketing, learning all Coldwell Banker marketing tools and using them for agents and teaching agents how to use those tools.

Basic Skills/Qualifications:
Qualified candidates will have a minimum of one year of reception experience, excellent customer service skills; strong computer aptitude and proof-reading skills; knowledge of Acrobat Professional is preferred, MS Office (including Word, Excel, Outlook required; Power Point and Publisher preferred) with the ability to easily learn new systems; familiarity with uploading and manipulating digital images and assisting with the design and layout of office marketing materials including flyers and newsletters; experience utilizing the Internet; excellent data entry skills; strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; multi-tasking and creativity are essential; ability to meet tight deadlines and maintain focus in a highly professional environment.
HS diploma or equivalent required, 4 year college degree preferred, 1-2 years experience, 1-2 years general administrative experience, desire to promote Best Practices, ability to handle multiple tasks and coordinate various assignments while maintaining poise and professionalism, ability to work independently and as a team, strong organizational and time-management skills.
