Brabo by Robert Wiedmaier is looking for a Floor Manager to ensure that the dining room is properly maintained. This provides for ease of service and maximizing potential revenue.
As a Floor Manager you are required to maintain accountability and ensure that each guest is properly cared for. Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
Proper Sequence of Service
Coaching servers on continuous up selling
Recognizing potential guest concerns and making necessary
Smiling and making eye contact
As a Floor Manager you play a vital role in ensuring proper financial accounting of any guest check corrections. Including, voids, comps and promos. You must be knowledgeable in our company policy in determining which correction applies to each check correction.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Providing restaurant guests with friendly and professional service, excellent food quality, strong price value and consistency of execution in an attractive, well-maintained environment.
Weekly P&L; Ordering FOH Supplies and Beverages; Scheduling; Inventory
Required Skills & Experience:
Restaurant experience as floor manager, supervisor or higher
Strong computer knowledge and knowledge of restaurant operating systems- Aloha, Open Table
High level of enthusiasm, creativity, and flexibility
An eye for detail
You must maintain a proactive approach to service to minimize any potential loss of revenue and more importantly any potential impact on 100% Guest Retention.
