Customer Relations Coordinator

Job Summary:
The Customer Relations Coordinator will support the field operations. They will be responsible for building learning plans for all positions, reporting, uploading training from outside system and importing new associates in the RISC (Learning Management System). They will create presentations and training materials.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate travel and meeting planning with travel agencies in hospitals for all Training classes.

Coordinate and distribute SOP and Safety manuals, insuring distributed to all hospitals. Assist with collateral and marketing materials.

Liason with Project Management Tream. Insure information and tools are distributed prior to opentings. Includes distributing system user IDS and passwords to Managers.

Upload training information into RISC.

Manage invitations & logistics for Orientation classes. Manage distribution of training materials including equipment.

Pull PRC data from EasyView Database. Ensure PRC and HCAHPs data is on monthly dashboard.

Coordinate rollout of programs including HERO, CHAT. Distribute TEAM awards monthly.

Back-up to communications (Red Alerts, TSS Communications, etc.)

Collect and Follow-up on Action Plans, Operations reviews.

Collect and distribute opening updates. Responsible for keeping TSS Contact List updated weekly.

Coordinate quarterly safety inspections and create quarterly safety summary.

Support for field team when necessary.

Education:
High School Diploma required.

Associates Degree preferred.
