The Process Analyst’s responsibilities are to support the Process Owner in designing, planning, regulating and implementing internal Technology operational processes. The objective is to ensure that processes are efficient, effective, consistent and fit for purpose. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, translating business requirements into technical requirements when necessary, process analysis and mapping and ensuring that standard processes are aligned across all of Technology. Process analysis includes identifying the roles, responsibilities, supporting tools, controls and standards needed to reliably deliver the outputs of that process. This includes identifying metrics and continuous improvement channels. The Process Analyst will be responsible for process validation to ensure that new or changed Technology process meets business requirements and process verification to ensure that new or changed Technology process is complete, accurate and reliable and matches its design specification.

Other responsibilities may include acting as Process Manager for any given internal Technology process. This is a role responsible for the operational management of the process, including planning and coordination of all activities required to carry out, monitor and report on the process. The role will perform the ongoing functions around process validation and verification, reporting on metrics and ensuring continuous improvement in a rapidly changing environment. This role includes being the super user and administrator of the tool(s) used to support the process and developing and executing a program for ensuring data quality and process/product efficiency. This position will evaluate the inputs and processing of information related to a process and ensure that outputs are produced completely and accurately. This position will maintain the configuration of the tool(s) and provide first level support around use of the tool(s) to support the process.

Analyze, design, plan and implement internal Technology operational processes
Develop and maintain standards and monitor adherence
Perform training for new or existing users; Act as first level support for process and tool related inquiries; Escalate to technical support when appropriate
Perform some functions in supporting tools on behalf of other process owners and managers.
Assist in the design, administration and management of tool configuration, including ad hoc data analysis and application enhancements
Work with various roles and stakeholders at all levels across Technology to achieve objectives
Ensure that process and supporting tools meet requirements on-going; Recommend and implement process changes where appropriate
Monitor operational processes to prevent inaccurate or incomplete data entry
Analyze and investigate adverse data quality trends or conditions and initiate corrective action.
Monitor process and product issue tracking/resolution.
Perform functional/user acceptance testing
Produce documentation and training materials associated with the process and tools
Train and coach end users on toolset and surrounding processes
Performs other duties as assigned by management

Associate Degree in Business or Technical field or equivalent
1 - 3 years of business/process analysis and/or data quality assurance experience in a technology environment preferred
Experience using and administering software applications
Good communication skills; verbal, business and technical writing
Data analytics and reporting experience
Knowledge of ITIL a plus

EPM Software
Microsoft Service Manager
SQL / SSRS / SSAS / Performance Point / Power Pivot
Programming experience
