We currently have positions available for restaurant managers who will take full advantage of everything we have to offer. Carino’s Italian is a casual, full-service Italian restaurant concept. We have taken the concept of the traditional restaurant and turned it on its ear. Carino’s menu is Italian at heart. We started by perfecting the classics – dishes like lasagna, spaghetti & meatballs, and parmigianas. The next step was to add our own distinctive touch and create something special, something extraordinary. We revere the tradition of serving only the best, and when it means coming in early to hand-roll the meatballs, build a 16-layer lasagna one tier at a time, or craft our tiramisu from scratch, we think of it as passion, not work. At Carino’s Italian, our managers rotate through three distinct roles: service manager, sales manager, and kitchen manager. We are looking for a restaurant manager to enter our development cycle where he/she can experience all the levels of management mentioned above. The restaurant manager will support the General Manager in all aspects of shift management including: staffing, training, purchasing, administration, and managing food and labor costs.
