The UCSF Fresno Medical Education Program and Central California Faculty Medical Group (CCFMG) are seeking a physician to join the teaching faculty. The position will be responsible for the provision of Palliative Care Consultations within Community Regional Medical Center (CRMC), providing expertise for the academic and clinical functions of an active palliative care consult service. The program includes both inpatient and outpatient components within the department of Family and Community Medicine and collaboratively with the hospital. Individuals must be board certified in both Hospice and Palliative Medicine and Family Medicine. This position provides an opportunity for teaching, clinical research and community practice.
Administrative/leadership opportunities are available. Experience in palliative inpatient and outpatient care settings, as well as a palliative consult services is preferred. Salary and academic rank will be commensurate with qualifications.
