All accounts are assigned and protected. You earn residuals on your assigned book of business as well as increasing business and new sales!
You can help create and support exciting new products and services for their growing portfolio of brands. Account Executives are representing an industry leader selling print media, direct mail, guaranteed ad programs, web sites, links, banners and online advertising, video streaming, mobile, TV as well as media solutions pay per click/pay per call & search engine marketing solutions on sites like Google, MSN, Facebook Pages, Google Pages, Yelp & Yahoo, etc.
Responsibilities:
Meeting and exceeding aggressive sales goals and overall objectives. Demonstrating the value of products and offerings through face-to-face contact ( Outside Sales ) or over the phone ( Inside Sales). Service existing clients, sell new programs, protect and increase existing advertising, and minimize decreases and cancellations. Developing sales strategies prior to contacting designated markets, using a variety of visuals, including Internet layouts and other sales aids. You will formulate client advertising recommendations, which are specifically designed to meet your customer's needs and objectives. Handling an aggressive schedule of daily sales contacts/meetings. You will schedule, organize, and prioritize work to meet both customer and company goals and deadlines. Accuracy and organization are critical to your success.
Requirements: OUTSIDE Sales:2-3 yrs consecutive of successful, cumulative commission outside sales experience. INSIDE Sales 1+ years outbound calling in a sales environment Internet savvy. Commission driven and background of earning base and commissions. Willing to work in a quota driven environment. Computer Skills: MS Word, Excel and internet navigation are required.
Compensation:
All positions off Benefits Day 1, Paid Time off Retirement, 401K, 8 weeks of paid training with added $$ on top of base, Awards and Trips.
Outside Sales Account Executives earn a base salary up to a $32,000-$40,000++ base salary plus commissions (uncapped). In additional to great benefits, a car allowance of $6,600 is provided, IPAD and a laptop, phone allowance. Average earnings range $70K-$80K++. There is not a cap on commissions or earnings potential, six figure potential
Inside Sales Account Executives earn a base salary up to a $30,000++ base salary plus commissions (uncapped). Average earnings range $50K++. There is not a cap on commissions or earnings potential, $50K+ potential
Training:
You will receive paid training in a world class training facility. This is instructor-led classroom training. Training consists of formal instruction and on-the-job training . Training is 8 weeks! and will be held in Westchester.
