  • Own operational processes and procedures for the company; including, but not limited to, managing and maintaining the onboarding/off-boarding process, operational cleanup of client handoff from Sales to Account Management, and management workflows for the transient workforce • Use Salesforce.com to gather and analyze Sales and Account Management data • Draw conclusions from said reports, and recommend shifts in business process to drive front-line productivity • Assist in training the front-line teams in the four multi-locational sales offices on new product rollouts or enhancements • Other responsibilities that fit into the operational role, which will aid in driving the business forward Job Requirements: • Junior or Senior majoring in Business or related field • Creative thinking with a strong bias for analysis and data-driven decision making • Stellar organization skills that allow seamless management of multiple projects and processes • Passion for working in a fast-paced startup environment. • An exemplary work ethic and a positive quotget it donequot attitude. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Passion for working in a fast-paced startup environment. • An exemplary work ethic and a positive quotget it donequot attitude.
