Provides customer service by responding to reservation requests and customer inquiries/requests. Responsible for handling a variety of call types and situations.
Essential Job Results
Assists customers by confirming hotel reservations and responds to inquiries via telephone, fax and e?mail.
Learns requisite customer care skills by handling either 1) incoming Best Western Rewards calls with the intent of answering routine inquiries about programs and/or services or 2) incoming Customer Care calls with the intent of preserving the customer relationship and assisting member hotels. May also handle incoming Special Reservations calls by confirming reservations.
Demonstrates customer service proficiency and reservation system and policy/procedure knowledge by effectively responding to a high volume of basic calls/inquiries.
High School Diploma or equivalent certification.
6 months of Customer Service experience serving customers either in person or on the phone.
6 months experience using internet explorer and microsoft products including switching between software.
Demonstrated ability to employ customer service and telephonic verbal communication skills.
Ability to sit for long periods of time with a few breaks. **MUST be bilingual in French, written and spoken.**
Phoenix, AZ 85027 20400 N. 29th Avenue Beardsley Operations Center is conveniently located near I-17 and 101 in northwest Phoenix. Local candidates are preferred. Relocation assistance is not available.
Pay and Work Schedule
$10.00 to $12.00/hour plus 10% language differential, depending on experience. Work schedule will be discussed during the interview.
