Client Development Representative – St. Louis Blues Hockey Club

The St. Louis Blues Hockey Club, Scottrade Center and Peabody Opera House seek a passionate, aggressive self-starter for the role of Client Development Representative. This position is primarily responsible for retaining and growing an assigned season ticket holder account base through the delivery of superior customer service, relationship building, and referral generation. The ideal candidate is an aggressive, competitive self-starter with a strong desire to develop as a sales and service professional.

  • Help support initiatives to collect information about, monitor and continually improve the game day client experience
  • Assist with planning and executing sales and service events
  • Generate new revenue by selling value-added packages, group packages, and suite packages to current clientele
  • Generate new revenue by securing referrals from current season ticket holders
  • Produce exceptional, memorable experiences for clients, creating long-lasting relationships that solidify the bond between the Blues and our season ticket holders
  • Contribute ideas leading to the ongoing improvement of the season ticket holder loyalty benefits program
  • Provide superior level of customer service to an assigned base of season ticket accounts
  • Meet and exceed retention goals with assigned season ticket holder account base on
    yearly basis
  • Build strong relationships with season ticket holders by fulfilling all required season ticket holder touchpoints via pro-active communication including in-seat visits, phone calls, emails, handwritten correspondence
  • Utilize Archtics CRM system to thoroughly record and maintain all personal touchpoints interactions with clients
  • Respond to all season ticket holder questions and concerns in a timely manner while maintaining a positive, professional demeanor
  • Perform game day responsibilities including but not limited to in seat visits, handling special promotions, addressing season ticket holder needs, etc.
  • Participate in all season ticket holder related special events
  • Collaborate with ticket sales and ticket operations teams to ensure efficient and quality
    servicing of accounts including invoicing, ticket distribution, complaint resolution, etc.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2 years of sales and/or services experience in the sports or hospitality industry
• 1+ years of experience with Ticketmaster’s Archtics ticketing & CRM system preferred
• Demonstrated ability in the areas of relationship building, communication, time management and organization
• Demonstrated ability to work well within a team environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to attend all home games and work non-standard hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must provide own transportation to visit clients throughout the St. Louis area
