Role: Daily direct contact for clients; Manages and coordinates client requests; Starts jobs and manages billing process; Manages projects with the design, interactive, and public relations departments; Prepares monthly client reports and meetings

  • Supports and works closely with the Account Director
  • Collaborates with/delegates projects to Account Coordinator

Core Responsibilities:
- Frequent communication with client contacts—acts as the liaison between the client and Lenz, including coordination of:
o Design jobs
o Production jobs
o Public relations needs
o Interactive/web projects and updates
o Advertising campaigns
o Social media
o All other customer service/client requests
- Project management of all client projects
o Working with Lenz departments to develop timelines, ensuring all client deadlines are met
o Communicating appropriate timelines and work plans to client

  • Meeting frequently with members of Lenz team to communicate client needs and expectations.

o Management of billing process
- Works with Social Media Manager to develop strategic social media plans for clients; monitors clients’ social media presence
- Compiles monthly client reports
o Monthly hours reports
o Website analytics
o Web/social media monitoring
o PR report (in partnership with PR Department)
o Social media report(s) (in partnership with Social Media Manager)
o Advertising reports (spot logs, ROI, etc.)
- Prepares for client meetings and leads meetings when appropriate
- Assists Marketing Director with strategic, long-term planning for clients

Other Duties:

o Ads (print, radio, TV, digital)
o Collateral
o Web site
o Press releases
- Research

Necessary skills:
- Strong organizational skills
- Very strong communication skills
- Strong writing skills
- Presentation skills and comfort leading client meetings
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work well both in teams and individually
- Ability to think creatively and strategically

Necessary Experience:
- Marketing experience (prefer 2-3 years agency or equivalent)
